Departure Services

Ready to leave? Allow us to handle the particulars to ensure your home is prepared for a temporary closure.

DEPARTURE SERVICE DETAILS

  • Conduct inspection and secure all windows and doors of the home.

  • Optionally, turn off the water supply.

  • Adjust the hot water heater settings to AWAY mode.

  • Inspect the kitchen, discard trash, and remove perishables from the refrigerator.

  • Disable the ice maker in the refrigerator.

  • Disconnect the garage door opener and ensure the garage door is securely closed.

  • Connect battery chargers to vehicles or carts if requested.

  • Install a standalone fan in the garage if requested.

  • Unplug any unnecessary appliances.

  • Ensure all lights are switched off, except those set on timers.

  • Configure light timers if desired.

  • Adjust home temperature settings.

  • Secure backyard furniture.

  • Verify the condition of the pool.

Arrival Services

We aim to ensure your arrival is a delightful and stress-free experience. We want you ready to fully enjoy yourself as soon as you step through the door!

ARRIVAL SERVICE DETAILS

  • Activate water supply as per your preference.

  • Ensure the hot water heater is switched on.

  • Flush water throughout the house.

  • Activate the ice maker in the refrigerator.

  • Connect and secure the garage door opener, ensuring the garage door is safely closed.

  • Remove battery chargers from cars/carts if not needed.

  • Optionally, start the car and let it run for a few minutes.

  • Plug in all household appliances.

  • Remove any set light timers.

  • Adjust home temperature settings as desired.

  • Arrange backyard furniture to its original position.

  • Stock refrigerator/pantry upon request.

  • Coordinate house cleaning services if needed.

  • Arrange window cleaning services if needed.

  • Schedule car wash/vacuuming if desired.
